Estrela da MLW faz recapitulação da sua carreira
Brian Pillman Jr. recorreu às redes sociais para fazer a sua recapitulação e agradecimento do último ano...
"Há menos de um ano, assinei um contrato com uma empresa de wrestling profissional. Um contrato que me prometeu transformar numa "estrela". Tendo menos de um ano no negócio na altura, eu não tinha ideia de para onde isso me levaria, mas não era nada óbvio para mim que a experiência de jogo e televisão fosse exatamente o que eu precisava. Avançando para um ano depois, eu estou no outro lado do mundo, no Reino Unido, lutando com alguns dos melhores talentos que o mundo tem para oferecer! Eu até ganhei um cinturão brilhante conhecido como o campeonato WLGP! @majorleaguewrestling fez-me uma promessa, e essa promessa foi cumprida… Em vez de os fãs virem até mim na mesa do merch e compararem-me ao meu pai, os fãs no Reino Unido deliraram com as minhas performances na MLW !!! Embora seja muito gratificante continuar com o nome e o legado de meu pai, nada parece melhor do que sair da sua sombra e escrever a minha própria história. Obrigado @wrestlingleagueuk por me trazer em minha primeira tournée no exterior e me tratar como um PRÍNCIPE, obrigado a MLW por cumprir sua promessa, e obrigado a todos os meus fãs que fizeram de mim o que eu sempre acreditei que poderia ser internacional. "Just under 1 year ago I signed a professional wrestling TV contract. A contract that PROMISED to build me up into a “star”. Being less than a year into the business at the time I had no idea where it would lead, but it was a no brainer for me that the television and match experience was exactly what I needed. Fast forward to a year later and I find myself on the other side of the world, in the United Kingdom, wrestling some of the best in-ring talents the world has to offer! I even earned myself a shiny belt known as the WLGP championship! @majorleaguewrestling made a promise to me, and that promise was fulfilled… Instead of fans coming up to me at the merch table and comparing me to my father, the fans in the UK raved about my performances on MLW!!! While it’s very fulfilling to carry on my father’s name and legacy, nothing feels better than stepping out of his shadow and writing my own story.
