Scott Steiner processa TNA por combate com Jeff Hardy (drogas inside)
Scott Steiner moveu ontem novo processo contra a TNA e a base do processo foi a TNA ter permitido que um alcoolizado e possivelmente drogado Jeff Hardy combatesse contra ele num house-show da companhia e que resultou numa lesão por parte de Steiner no pescoço, costas e bÃceps....
Segundo Steiner, "[TNA] knew or should have known that their agent, employee, representative, and/or servant was too incapacitated, intoxicated and/or under the influence of a controlled substance and should not have been allowed to enter the ring thus endangering the life, health, well being and safety of Scott Rechsteiner."
Steiner quer uma indemnização de 50 mil dólares.
Matt Hardy já veio defender o irmão e no twitter disse: "Since 4/1/11, my brother @JEFFHARDYBRAND's been the most responsible human being I know. Jeff hasn't done anything wrong in life since then."
